Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our airport transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

canopy-lemur provides ground transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate transport, and private charter services throughout South Africa. Our services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

Booking and Reservations

Making a Booking

• Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting our office
• All bookings are subject to confirmation from our team
• You must provide accurate information including passenger details, pickup location, destination, and flight information
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance

Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email. The confirmation will include your booking reference, driver details, and pickup instructions.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Quoted prices are based on information provided at time of booking
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or additional stops
• Payment may be made by card at time of booking or cash to the driver
• Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with 30-day payment terms

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made 6-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup: Full charge
• No-shows will be charged in full

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time
• Comply with all applicable laws during the journey
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
• Not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
• Ensure all luggage fits within the vehicle's capacity
• Inform us of any special requirements at time of booking

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide a clean, roadworthy vehicle
• Assign a licensed, professional driver
• Monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly
• Communicate any delays or changes promptly

Liability Limitations

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights or connections due to such delays
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• Consequential losses arising from service disruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or severe weather conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of canopy-lemur and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Governing Law
